Legislation Function

Duties and authorities:

* Able to submit draft legislation (the Bill) to Parliament

Function Considerations

* Giving consideration to the Parliament

Oversight Functions

Duties and authorities:

* Able to supervise the implementation of legislation and convey the results of its supervision to the DPR as consideration for further action.
* Receive the results of state audits conducted CPC

Related Fields: Regional autonomy; central and local relations; formation and expansion, and merger of regional natural resource management and other economic resources; financial Balancing the central and regional implementation of state budget revenues and expenditures (state budget); Taxes, education, and religion.
