The Committee I DPD RI decided that there are 5 (five) areas to be expanded or developed, namely: North West Yapen and East Yapen as a division of Yapen Islands District of Papua province, Moskona District as a division of the Bintuni Bay District and the Kokas District as a division of Fak-Fak District of West Papua province, and Sumbawa province as the division of the Sumbawa district of West Nusa Tenggara province. The hearing was held in Parliament Complex, Senayan, Monday (9/7/2012).
