Transfer funds to Region: Proposed a New Formula to Prevent Regional Bankruptcy

The increasing demands of transfer funds to the Regions become a challenge in the state budget distribution. To assess the proper formulation for central or regional, Committee IV invited the economic experts in Public Hearing (RDPU) with the theme “Prediction and Policy Analysis of Fiscal Decentralization and Funds Transfer to the Region in the Year 2013.” Attending the RDPU on Monday (28/05 / 2012) Prof. Dr. Mudrajad Kuncoro Ph.D (FE UGM), and Aji Sofyan, SE., M.Si (FE Univ.
