Jakarta, dpd.go.id - The Special Committee on Mining of DPD RI re-held a plenum with a discussion agenda of the special committee on Mining Program in building A DPD RI, Parliamentary Complex Senayan Jakarta, Tuesday (24/01/12)

Abdul Azis, as the new chairman of the Mining committee, started the hearing by conveying the hearing schedule, which included the confirmation for the speakers; zoning of working visit area and drafting materials of working visit for the mining special committee. “We will run after the targets of this special committee,” hoped Azis regarding to mining program committee.

The hearing which lasted quite a while have set to invite 4 (four) speakers that are Dr. Kurtubi (Expert on Oil and Gas University of Indonesia), Dr. Rizal Ramli (Former Head of Bulog), Ichsanuddin Noorsy (economists), and Kwiek Kian Gie (Former Minister of Economy) in the discussion of fuel conversion.

Mining committee also set a schedule of a working visit to three (3) areas which are East Java, South Sumatera and Papua, which will be held from 4 to 8 February and the on the next 19 to 23 February.
