The third Plenum of the Committee I, held at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (24/01/2012), discussed the State Civil Reform Bill and the Bill of Social Conflict. Although it has been submitted and decided in plenary session, the bill was discussed again because they still need some principled input and correction.
