Jakarta, dpd.go.id - Committee IV DPD RI resumed the process of fit and proper test for prospective members of the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI), Tuesday (24/01), in the Committee IV meeting room, the DPD RI Building, Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta. In a session led by Chairman of Committee IV, Cholid Mahmud (DPD members from Special region of Yogyakarta Province), scheduled to listen to the delivery of vision and mission by 12 (twelve) candidates of BPK.

The first participant who delivered the vision and mission was Agus Purwanto, from Banyumas Central Java. In his presentation, Agus conveyed the importance of the State management system is effective, accountable and open according to the rules applicable legislation. Alluding to the many cases of abuse of state apparatus budget, Agus highlighted the importance of inspection and supervision by BPK RI.

“Supervision and inspection of BPK should be able to prevent the recurrence of errors and crimes in the field of financial management of the State,” said the man who had several times following the selection of members of the Committee of this State.

Not only Agus, other candidates who also mentioned the behavior of the State apparatus was Ivone Carollina Nalley. This former auditor of BPK even mentioned the need for improvement of human resources inside the BPK RI. In her view, Ivone expected the quality of human resource of BPK RI has the even quality and capability of self-control. “BPK is a pioneer in efforts to improve financial management and wealth of any country or region,” said this candidate from East Nusa Tenggara.

Meanwhile, other candidates who will deliver the vision and mission on this day are; Fontian Munzil, Iskandar Muda, Hasril Mutholib, Sapto Amal Damandari, Agus Prawoto, Fadjar O.P. Siahaan, Berlin Silaban, the Great Word of Sampurna, Tubagus Haryono and Drs. Akmal, Ak,. MM. in which One person will be elected members of BPK RI as a substitute for Hasan Bisri, the BPK member who is now a vice chairman of BPK RI.
