Jakarta, dpd.go.id – The enthusiasm of the Members of Committee IV DPD RI is coloring the first Plenary Session of the Committee IV held on this Wednesday, November 23rd, 2011 with a wide range of questions and interruptions. It began with the ratification of hearing schedule on The Period Session I SessionYear 2011-2012, led by Chairman of Committee IV Hasbi Ansyori and Litha Brent.

The Plenary Session was continued with the view of the Province of the Bill on Management of Receivable State and Receivable Region, The Report of Working Visit (recess) Members in the Region, and the Report of the Chairman of working team on UIN’s case about the development problems of the Syarif Hidayatullah UIN’s Land Assets in Cikuya, Tangerang, Banten.

“The agreement obtained from the bill on Management of Receivable State and Receivable Region is for each member to submit his or her findings in the region related to the problems of the Receivable State and Receivable Region to be submitted to the Secretariat which will be added by expert on staff to be discussed at the next plenary session,” said Chalid Mahmud. While the working team reported results on UIN’s case which is presented by the Chairman of working team, AM. fatwa argued that “the working team has been performing their duties by collecting data and information and evidence related to the case and asked the Committee IV to invite the parties -related to this case such as Fadel Muhammad, Qurais Shihab, Azzumardi Azra and Team 9 on the next hearing so that this case does not protracted,” said Fatwa.

Another thing that is agreed upon is the establishment of a small team on Committee IV which has the duty to collect the recess result of the Committee IV members and compile problems in the region, to be the scale of priority issues and Local Community Aspirations (ASMASDA) associated with the state and government assets, as the authority of Committee IV.
