Jakarta, dpd.go.id – POLICYof regional autonomy which was originally intended to deliver a quicker public welfare was not able to materialize. People have not been prospered as mandated in legislation. The budget discussed by the Government and Parliament through subsidies are also not much help. The existence of the optimization of the funds provided was not precisely on target.
