Jakarta, dpd.go.id – Existence of Regional Infrastructure Fund Adjustment (DPID) and the Regional Infrastructure Development Acceleration Fund (DPPID) in the Revised Budget 2011 has created a new polemic about the state budget (APBN) allocation, especially for the region. As a regional representation, the DPD RI through Committee IV held a Public Hearing Meeting (RDPU) with the Directorate General of the Ministry of Finance Fiscal Balance to discuss “The existence of the Regional Infrastructure Fund Adjustment (DPID) in the state budget (APBN),” on Wednesday (12/10/2011). Present as representatives of Ministry of Finance, Berlin Panjaitan describing the legal basis of DPID in relation of transfer policy to the area on State Budget (APBN) 2011.
