Jakarta, dpd.go.id – Result of the Monitoring visit Report the Committee II of DPD RI dated 19th until 23rd of September 2011 became one of the agenda of the Plenary Session of Committee II of DPD RI, in the boardroom Committee II on the 3rd floor, Building B DPD RI, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (26/09/2011).

Working visit to Riau had two supervisories which are escorted the Oversight of Law No.22 Year 2001 on Oil and Gas and the supervision of Law No. 22 of 2009 on Road Traffic Transport. During the visit there are the findings of which the central province of Riau has been building a driver safety (Safety Driving Center-SDC) and also has input from the Government of Siak District who complained about the weak role of regions and the lack of DBH SDA percentages for the Oil and Gas producing regions and there is no transparency in the oil and gas sector in terms of data lifting of oil and gas production is the real field of KPS and CSR programs in the oil field area. Intsiawati Ayus, a member from Riau, who led the working team of Riau states “The Committee II recommends regions to form the Urban Transport Council which became a forum for stakeholders and representation of the various elements of society in building an integrated and sustainable system in finding the root of problems in the fields of LLAJ in the region,” she said.

Finalization of the Committee II of DPD RI on the Bill on amendments of the Act No.22 Year 2001 on Oil and Gas will be held on the 3rd to the 5th of October, 2011 located in Tangerang and Finalization of supervision over the implementation of certain laws will be held from 21st to 25th of October, 2011 in Jakarta.

In the Second Plenum of the Committee II DPD RI, it is established six members of the Mining Special Committee of Committee II DPD RI is Bambang Susilo (East Kalimantan), Abdul Aziz (South Sumatera), Djasarmen Purba (Riau Islands), Gusti Farid Hasan Aman (South Kalimantan), Baiq Diyah Queen Ganefi (NTB), and the Rev. Elion Numberi (Papua), while four members of the DBH Special Committee of Committee II DPD RI is Syukur (Jambi), Permana Sari (Central Kalimantan), I Kadek Arimbawa (Bali) and Aryanthi Baramuli Putri (Sulawesi).
