Jakarta, dpd.go.id – This Plenary Session is a good opportunity to evaluate the work of Committee II of DPD RI which is already entering the third year in the period of 2009-2014.

Baiq Diyah Ratu Ganefi (NTB) proposed for the work agenda of this third year to be better, “my proposal we have nine sectors, we do one sectors thoroughly up to a commitment to the region, after that we proceed to the next sectors,” he said in committee II meeting in the building B DPD, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (22/08/11).

Nine sectors of scope of DPD RI Committee II are Agriculture and Plantations, Transportation, Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Energy and Human Resources, Forestry and Environment, Economic Empowerment, Industry and Trade, Investment and Public Works. DPD RI Committee II agreed to invite the entire Ministry relating to the sectors during the Session period I of 2011-2012 I so that the performance will be more effective and optimal.

Committee II agreed to replace the Special Committee members representing the Mining Committee II of DPD RI due to displacement committee membership also approved a change in the working team of Oil and Gas Bill and Roads Bill.
