Jakarta, dpd.go.id – The Working Team of Committee II on Roads arranged the activity program to be conducted at The First Session Period Session Year 2011-2012, in the Meeting Room of the Honorary Board (BK) Building B on the 3rd floor, Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta (23/08/2011)

The meeting is chaired by Permanasari (Senator of DPD RI from Central Kalimantan) scheduled two things: 1. Progress report drafting; 2. Discussion of team work plans.

Related to Academic Manuscript Preparation and the Draft Law on Amendments to Law no. 38 of 2004 on Roads, on the previous session period, it had been conducted a working meeting with the Minister of Public Works. In addition, the Committee II Working Team on Roads also held RDP / RDPU with the relevant stakeholders, such as: PT. Jasa Marga, the Head of Department of Public Works in several provinces, the Head of the Center for Implementation of the National Road, ASTTI (Association of Indonesian engineering Energy Certificates), Gapensi (Joint Implementation of the National Construction Indonesia), as well as other relevant parties.

Based on the validity test that has been done in 3 (three) areas that represent the western, central, and eastern, Jimmy Siswanto as a team of experts explained that in order to plan the next activity is still in draft stage of refinement.

“From the visit to the three areas we got a lot of inputs. Improvements currently being carried out in the draft because one visit to Kendari there are entries that need to be revised law refers to the Law no. 10 of 2004 on the establishment of legislation therefore the yesterday’s draft which we convey are now being re-adjusted to the Law no. 10 of 2004, ” explained Jimmy.
