Law No. 8 of 1974 concerning employment subjects that later was revised and set into Law No. 43 of 1999 has not been able to be the expected guidance of personnel management governance. For that reason the Civil State Apparatus Bill was established. The entry of the Civil State Apparatus bill, every member of the province is expected to provide input and do the follow up.
Committee I received the input bill but they feel the need to sort the bill based on the urgency, which they should give their views and opinions. Alirman said the Civil State Apparatus Bill will be juxtaposed with the work program of Committee I before the Civil State Apparatus Bill is still in the stage of completion. “this Civil State Apparatuses Bill shall be juxtaposed so that we can see the advantages and disadvantages of both,” explained Alirman. Meanwhile, according to Laode, the Employment Bill of Committee I can be used as comparison for the best bill for enactment as law. (IND / DV)
