In addition, it was also about the road infrastructure on the border of West Kalimantan which were unfavorable as the areas bordering other countries.

Meanwhile, one of the Scoutmaster of Riau worried the road infrastructure in his region that increasingly neglected.

Especially for the West Papua, one of the Scoutmaster asked for each working visit in his region should not only visited by senators of the DPD from Papua but also by senators of the DPD from other provinces. This should be taken into account considering the delivery of the aspirations in the inter-provincial DPD in fittings which are collectively incorporated in Committee I, II, III and IV.

Meanwhile, Dr. Siti Zuhro in that occasion pointed out her presentation, “According to its name, DPD is a council that represents regional interests. That means, the representative of all matters related to regional aspirations. Therefore, the role of DPD is required to oversee the implementation of decentralization and regional autonomy that has been going on since 2001 “.

While Dr. Sugeng Budiharsono explained, “the People do not know how to convey the aspirations, often through a shortcut, which is demonstration. So, there is a need to increase the community capacity by Dissemination on Aspiration Submission”.
