The House of Regional Representative of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD RI) held the 13th plenary session of Session IV in Year 2010-2011 in Nusantara V Building, Parliament Complex in Senayan, Jakarta (14 / 6). The session chaired by the Chairman of DPD RI, Irman Gusman, accompanied by Vice Chairman I of DPD RI, La Ode Ida and Vice Chairwoman II DPD RI, G.K.R. Hemas.

Agenda of the meeting include: 1. Submission of the results of BPK RI; 2. Progress Report on Implementation Task of DPD RI Fittings; Certification Decision.

The Report of Committee I DPD RI submitted by the Vice Chairwoman of Committee I, Eni Khairani (DPD RI Senator of the Bengkulu Province), focused to complete 4 (four) Bills, namely: the Bill on Local Government (Government bill); the Bill on Village; the Bill on Fundamentals of Personnel (Civil Service Bill); Bill on Land.

Chairman of Committee II DPD RI, Bambang Susilo (DPD RI Senators of the East Kalimantan Province) submitted a report progress on implementation of Committee II tasks related to the initiative Bill on the amendment of Law No. 22 of 2001 about oil and gas.

While Istibsjaroh (DPD RI Senator of East Java Province), Chairwoman of Committee III submit a report that examine the implementation of Law no. 20 of 2003 on National Education System regarding the implementation of the National Examination. In connection with the implementation of the National Examination, Alvius Lomban (DPD RI Senator of North Sulawesi Province) responded. “UN should be abolished, because in practice there are many fraud. So, the UN should not exist anymore, “said Alvius.

Furthermore, Ella M. Giri Komala (DPD Senator from West Java province) as Vice Chairwoman of the Committee IV reported the progress on implementation of tasks, followed by I Wayan Sudirta (Chairman of PPUU), Abd. Jabbar Toba (Vice-Chairman of the Honorary), Bambang Soeroso (Chairman of DPD Group in The People’s Consultative Assembly) and Paulus John Sumino (Chairman of the Special Committee of Papua Special Autonomy).
