Humans have two brains that can affect the behavior of men and women. Both brains have different functions. The left brain is used to count, speak, read, analyze and verbal skills while the right brain is used in terms of creativity, form, space, color and imagination of a person. That is what Dr.Aisyah Dahlan, from the Narcotics Unit of Selapa Police Bhayangkara Hospital, said in the seminar with the theme “Knowing and Understanding Male and Female Brain Differences in relation to the Ethics and Performance” on the 1^st floor of DPD RI Parliament Plaza, Senayan, Jakarta, Monday (2 / 5 /11).

Aisyah further said that women first used the left brain while men first used the right brain. The period of brain growth is when women were three years old while the left brain of men evolved since the age of six years. This is the reason that causes women to learn to read faster than men. Based on the location to speak the language, many men use the left brain while women use the left brain and right brain. It is also likely to cause women talk more than men.

After becoming adults, men and women have different characteristics as well. Here are some characteristics that distinguish them, men want the position / job title, can only do one job at the same time, do not like to talk with eye contact, easy to read directions / map and greatly appreciate the work. While women want cooperation, can do some work in the same time, like to talk with eye contact, hard to read directions / map and really appreciate the relationship.
