The first Plenary Session of the Bill Drafting Committee (PPUU) further discussed the Division of the Team Working Task for Session Period III of Session Year 2010-2011 in Meeting Room PPUU Building B on the 3^rd floor DPD RI, on Wednesday (19 / 1).

The PPUU meeting, led by I Wayan Sudirta (DPD Senator from Bali), had the result of having 3 (three) working teams with 2 (two) tasks on each team, namely The working Team I is responsible for managing and formulating materials relating to the Law Center; and also formulating a DPD proposal for Prolegnas in the Year 2012 with Hairiah (DPD Senator from West Kalimantan) as chairwoman.

The Working Team II, chaired by Jack Jacob Ospara (DPD Senator from Maluku), focuses on the formulation of the Bill on Public Participation and to do harmonization, and performs the rounding and monitoring conception of the Marine Bill on Committee II.

Djasarmen Purba (DPD Senator from Riau Islands) becomes chairman of the Working Team III that served to formulate and conduct an evaluation of the Bill of Financial Rights and Administrative Leadership and Member State institutions, and to formulate views and opinions of the Bill on Elections for the DPR, DPD, and DPRD.

Besides legalization of the PPUU Schedule for Session Period III of Session Year 2010-2011, the PPUU Plenary also presented PPUU Working Program in Year 2011, with 3 (three) program quantities which are Preparation of DPD Proposal For Prolegnas Year 2012; Preparation of the DPD Legislation, and Programs of DPD Law Center.
