The Team Work Employment Bill, chaired by Jacob Jack Ospara, S. Th, M. Th (Senator of DPD from Maluku province), held a session to discuss the Principles of thought of Employment bill on Monday (20 / 9), in BK Meeting Room on the 3^rd Floor, Building B DPD RI, Parliament Complex in Senayan, Jakarta.

DR. Anwar Sanusi, the expert staff of Employment Bill, presented the outline of Academic Manuscript and 16 (sixteen) strategic issues and Entry List of Problems (DIM) in the field of the State Employment.

Aida Nasution Ismeth, SE, MM (Riau Islands), said that the basis of the employment problem is the recruitment of employees. It must consider of how the recruitmen of civil servants are free from the elements of corruption, so that the civil servants (PNS) are really qualified.

Dra. Hj. Juniwati T. Masjchun Sofwan (Jambi), also added years of service for regional head by 1 (one) term only, since it is related to the neutrality of civil servants. And also the problem of the welfare of civil servants after retirement, as it is happening now, the value of pension benefits is very low.
