DPD group in the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) held a plenary meeting of Socialization debriefing of Pancasila, the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, the Unitary Republic of Indonesia and Unity in Diversity on Wednesday (21 / 7). Meeting, led by Drs. H. Wahidin Ismail (DPD Senator of West Papua province ), was attended by Dr. Ahmad Farhan Hamid, MS and Lukman Hakim Saifuddin at V Nusantara Building, Senayan Parliament Complex, Jakarta.

For the working visit during the fourth (IV) session, the senators of DPD RI in each regional area will undertake the dissemination activities of Pancasila, the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945, the Unitary Republic of Indonesia and Unity in Diversity.

The event aims to increase knowledge and understanding of people about 4 (four) pillars, to civilize the implementation of constitutional life, and to promote the DPD RI institution. The material was conveyed by the informant and followed with some questions and answers from the community / constituency.

Ir. Adhariani, SH, MH (South Kalimantan) said many people will ask for whose interests does the DPD RI reinforcement. “the reinforcement of DPD RI is certainly for the needs of both elites and the State, as well as society”, said Farhan as a respond to Adhariani’s words.
