Having Vision of Providing inspiration, ideas, and appropriate action against the dynamics of modernity life and religious atmosphere for the life of Jakarta Residents and the progress of Jakarta, Senator of DPD DKI Jakarta Province period 2009-2014, Djan, has missions such as to develop design policies (legislation) that are relevant for the set, the building of urban spatial structure for Jakarta on its capacity as an international city; utilization of geographic resource potential and economic resources for the prosperity of Jakarta citizens and Pengayoman Betawi residents including atmospheric religious life, conservation value of Betawi culture, and socio-economic potential of the Betawi people who are resilient and adaptive to the dynamics of Jakarta as the central government and the center of national economy.
