The House of Regional Representatives (DPD) gave aid for school construction, community health centers, and ambulance in West Sumatera (Sumbar). Stone laying of school construction and community health centers conducted alternately by Chairman of DPD Irman Gusman and Vice Chairman of DPD Gusti Kanjeng Ratu Hemas as Chairman of DPD Task Force or Earthquake Disaster Relief Team.

Irman and Hemas along with Chairman of TETO (Taipei Economic and Trade Office) in Indonesia Andrew YL Hsia laid of a cornerstone to the classroom development of SDN 07 Gurun Laweh, Nanggalo, Padang, Thursday (11 / 2) afternoon. The event was also attended by West Sumatera Provincial Secretary Firdaus K, Vice Mayor of Padang Mahyeldi Ansyarullah, and Head of SDN 07 Gurun Laweh Ernawati.

At the same time, Hemas with Marketing Director of PT Olam Indonesia De Sumanta Kumar submitted an ambulance cooperating with PT Olam Indonesia to the Local Government of West Sumatera Province and a community health centers car for local governments of Padang Pariaman district. The event was attended by Regent of Padang Pariaman Muslim Kasim and Marketing Manager of PT Olam Indonesia Vijay Karthick.

The next day, on Friday (12/2) afternoon, Hemas laid of a cornerstone in community health centers assistant in Jorong Hulubanda, Nagari Malalak Barat, Agam, cooperating with Korean Association. The event was attended by Vice Regent of Agam Ardinal Hasan, Head of West Sumatera Health Department Rosnini Syavitri, and Head of Agam District Health Department Indra Rusli.

On Thursday (11/2) morning, the entourage attended the inaugural title of professor Saldi isra, who teaches constitutional law Faculty of Law Andalas University on Campus Liamu Manis, Padang. The event was attended by friends of Saldi like senior advocate Todung Mulya Lubis, Satya Arinanto (Faculty of Law, University of Indonesia), Refly Harun (senior researcher Center for Electoral Reform), and Zainal Arifin Mochtar (Faculty of Law, University of Gadjah Mada).

DPD senator who attended the inaugural title of professor Saldi is the Chairman of DPD Group in the People’s Consultative Assembly (MPR) Wahidin Ismail (DPD senator from West Papua) and Vice Chairman of the DPD Group in MPR John Pieris (DPD senator from Maluku).

While the DPD Task Force’s entourage was Rahmat Shah (Vice Chairman of DPD Task Force, DPD senator from North Sumatera), Hana Hasanah FM (Vice Chairman of DPD Task Force, DPD senator from Gorontalo),  with the secretary of DPD Task Force Nurmawati Dewi Bantilan (DPD senator from Central Sulawesi) and Hamdhani (DPD senator from Central Kalimantan), and its member Sulistiyo (Chairman of DPD Committee III, DPD senator from Central Java).

Also, three senators of DPD from West Sumatera i.e. Emma Yohanna as a Coordinator of the West Sumatera Earthquake Disaster Relief Team with its members Riza Falepi and Alirman Sori. They act under the direction of Irman as Chairman of DPD and Hemas as Chairman of DPD Task Force.
